If we are late, we work for free.
We can promise that because every trade is ours. Our designers, carpenters, tilers, painters, electricians, plumber. All our own staff, on our own payroll. Almost every other ID firm you will meet is a designer who outsources most trades to different contractors.
Which means three things.
01
We own the schedule
Our workers only work on our homes. We tell them when to come, and they come. Other IDs sub out 90% of the work. Those sub cons are doing multiple homes at the same time, for multiple companies. Your home is just one of many on their list. When another job runs late, yours waits.
02
We own the price
Zero hidden fees. The price you sign is the price you pay, and nothing is added at the end. We can say that because we are the ones doing the work, so we know exactly what it costs. Other IDs get a price from the sub con. Halfway through, the sub con asks for more money. The ID adds it to your bill. That is how most fights start.
03
We own the quality
Every person in your home works for us. If something is not right, we fix it. Other IDs can only ask the sub con to fix it, and hope he comes back. We do 180 homes a year. 99% handed over on time. Zero disputes. Not low. Zero.
